Bryant College Award Ceremony
Providence, Rhode Island. September, 2003. Client: Bryant College
An awards ceremony was produced for 200 guests in the new campus library featuring the acknowledgment of a multi-million dollar gift to the institution's capital campaign. As part of the evening a special dedication ceremony was held to unveil te donor's name on the Wellness Center.

Emmy Trustees Award Ceremony
Washington, D.C. June, 2003.
Client: National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and Comcast Corporation.
A 600 person black-tie event was produced by us on behalf of the organization responsible for the Emmy Awards. A lifetime achievement presentation was made to cable television pioneer Ralph Roberts. As part of the evening, our master of ceremonies was broadcaster Lou Dobbs, with the award presentation by media giant Ted Turner. The ceremony was held in the National Building Museum with specialized lighting and stylized decor accenting the unique structure.

Drexel University LeBow College of Business Leader of the Year

Over 700 guests assembled at the Park Hyatt to honor ARAMARK CEO Joseph Neubauer. As part of the tribute we produced a special video, and arranged for a performance by the brass section of the Philadelphia Orchestra.

Fox Business School Leader of the Year

Philanthropist Sidney Kimmel was honored before 600 guests at an elegant dinner that included a video tribute and a dramatically transformed space on campus.

Philadelphia Liberty Medal Award

The annual award tribute was bestowed on Secretary of State Colin Powell with a multi-media presentation at the Crystal Tea Room before an audience of 500 corporate guests. The tribute included a biographical video on the honoree, a retrospective of the past award recipients, and four musical performance elements programmed into the tight timeline. Over 80 media were credentialed for the event and stringent security measures were coordinated as part of this high visibility event.

Americanism Award
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. December, 2001. Client: Anti-Defamation League
This annual award was presented to developer Ron Rubin before 600 guests at the Park Hyatt Ballroom. Our program began with a rendition of God Bless America featuring recording star Lauren Hart in a duet with Kate Smith, via split screen video. After the programmed speeches, a finale musical piece was performed by a gospel choir, with a projection screen featuring an American flag- surround.

Musser Award for Business Excellence

Developer Willard Rouse III was honored in a packed room at Mitten Hall of 600 guests. The evening featured CNBC television host Tyler Mathiseon as master of ceremonies, with a special video tribute to Mr. Rouse and a special performance by the 70-member Temple Choir.

Philadelphia Liberty Medal Tribute

This year's prestigious award was bestowed on the Secretary General of The United Nations, Kofi Annan at a tribute luncheon attended by 300 corporate, civic and governmental dignitaries. A special video was created to focus understanding of the honoree in his role as a peacemaker and peace broker. Our finale included a performance by internationally renowned pianist Lang Lang.

Americanism Award Ceremony
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. December, 2000. Client: Anti-Defamation League.
Over 600 guests were in attendance to witness the presentation of this prestigious award to Harold and Lynn Honickman. With former Philadelphia Mayor Edward Rendell as master of ceremonies, the event at the Crystal Tea Room featured remarks by the executive director of the ADL and the screening of a special video narrated by actor Ron Silver.

This year's tribute was produced by us in honor the discoverers of the structure of DNA , James Watson and Edward Crick. A intimate dinner on July 3rd featured remarks from colleagues and corporate executives, while a celebratory luncheon on July 4th for 400 guests featured a video tribute as well as scripted remarks by public officials.

Philadelphia Liberty Medal

The president of South Korea, Kim Dae-jung, was honored with the prestigious award with a formal tribute gala attended by 700 guests. Highlights of the dramatic evening affair included three multi-media presentations, speeches from Ambassadors and other dignitaries and a performance by world renown violinist Sarah Chang.

Business Leader of the Year Ceremony
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. December, 1998. Client: Drexel University.
The chairman of the Philadelphia Suburban Water Corporation was honored at a luncheon program attended by 840 guests in the ballroom of the Park Hyatt Bellevue. A two-camera image magnification procedure captured the live event on one large screen and four smaller monitors. Four video elements were introduced into the program, as well as a live audio feed from the U.S. Senate chambers in Washington. As part of the thematic for the luncheon, the podium was made entirely out of ice, in front of a maze of water pipes emanating from the projection screen on stage. At the conclusion of the recipient's remarks, he was told to don a raincoat and escorted to the podium, whereupon a thunderstorm was simulated, with an actual rain shower coming down from the ceiling, on cue.

Musser Award of Excellence Ceremony
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. November, 1998. Client: Temple University.
The historic Mitten Hall on the campus of the school was the venue for this award presentation to the founder of the Vanguard Group, John Bogle. A video presentation featured the dynamic rise of the honoree to the top of his profession, and a second piece profiled the Business School of Temple. CNBC newsman Tyler Matheson served as master of ceremonies for the 600 guests, with acknowledgment by corporate and government officials rounding out the dramatically decorated event.

The 10th anniversary award tribute was highlighted during a luncheon where extensive video presentations complemented remarks and entertainment to honor Senator George Mitchell for his efforts in the Northern Ireland peace talks.

Drexel University Business Leader of the Year Award

This year's recipient, CEO of Crown Cork and Seal, William Avery, was honored at a luncheon attended by over 600 guests at the ballroom of the Bellevue. The program included several video productions and the reveal of a 12-foot long dragon constructed from cans made by Crown Cork and Seal. The reveal was done through the use of bagpipers and a pyrotechnic display both overhead on the stage.

The ninth annual presentation of this prestigious award was given to CNN International and its founder, Ted Turner, with our involvement as the tribute luncheon at The Philadelphia Marriott for 400 guests. Extensive multi media elements were highlighted by a 32-monitor array of video monitors configured in three video wall formats, befitting the electronic broadcast nature of the recipient. We also produced three videos for showing at an outdoor ceremony at Independence Hall prior to the luncheon.

William Penn Awards Gala

A dramatic awards presentation before 800 friends and colleagues of PECO Energy Company chairman Joseph Paquette centered around his love of country western music and his grandchildren. The evening began with an emotional ceremony featuring a surprise appearance by the recipient's seven grandchildren, who made the actual award presentation. The event moved into an upbeat festive atmosphere with decor and entertainment focused on the country western ambience.

Courage to Come Back Awards Gala

The second annual ceremony and dinner of the Mercy medical institution was held at The Crystal Tea Room with 700 guests viewing an array of video and live testimonials surrounding the presentation of five awards. Chairing the event was Olympic diving medalist Mary Ellen Clark.

Drexel Business Leader of the Year

Over 500 guests attended a luncheon tribute at The Bellevue Hotel in honor of Mayor Edward Rendell. Included in the tribute were two videos and a finale that transformed the hotel ballroom into a pep rally, with a confetti flying finale.

This year's tribute was presented to the Hon. Shimon Peres of Israel and His Excellency King Hussein of Jordan. Multi-media presentations with an satellite uplink, a dramatic reading and a closing musical performance was conceived, planned and implemented within a three week period.

The Courage to Come Back Awards
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. March , 1996. Client: Mercy Health Corporation.
This inaugural event was sold out with 800 guests in attendance for a ceremony and dinner at the Hotel Bellevue. Included in the festivities were six different video presentations, seven live presentations, a 100-voice choir and the entire 76ers basketball team with coach John Lucas serving as master of ceremonies.

The Enterprise Awards.

Over 600 CEO and other technology company officials from the mid-Atlantic region attended this gala formal awards evening, which was accented by numerous high-tech effects, including complex video wall-programmed multi-media, indoor pyrotechnics, scripting for 14 speakers, extensive special effect and ambient lighting. Ten awards were presented in a fast-paced timeline that kept guests entertained and attentive throughout the proceedings. Each year since its inception we have endeavored to change the special elements without altering the character of the event.

This year's tribute was offered on behalf of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Sadako Ogata, and consisted of multi-media presentations interspersed with dramatic musical performances, emotional readings and a stirring patriotic finale at the Philadelphia Marriott ballroom.

William Penn Award Gala

The 1995 award was presented to developer Ronald Rubin at the Hotel Atop the Bellevue. Over 800 guests enjoyed an opening program of multi-image, video and live tribute, which as followed by a formal dinner and entertainment. The thematic for the evening was construction, with the hotel ballroom transformed into a construction site. And the drama before dessert consisted of a building competition in the middle of each of the 84 tables.

This annual award was presented to the president of the Czech Republic, Vaclav Havel, in a prestigious ceremony marked by a multi-media tribute, dramatic reading, live performance and special effects.

William Penn Awards Tribute

This annual event brought together 900 corporate executives for a formal event which featured special effects, live and taped performance, a 50-foot dragon, and a dance floor that was actually a 40-foot chessboard complete with human chess pieces.

All-America City Awards
Oakland, California. June, 1994. Client: Philapride, Inc.
The city of Philadelphia competed successfully for the title of All-America City in a three-day match-up with 40 other cities, sponsored by the National Civic League. A booth and hospitality was set up in Oakland for 800 guests, as well as a formal presentation that was highlighted by video and live remarks, accented by specialized lighting.

The Enterprise Awards
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. October, 1993. Client: Technology Council of Greater Philadelphia.
This inaugural ceremony was created and produced to honor the region's technology industry and was planned as an elaborate dinner, ceremony and dessert reception with an "Academy Award" type of atmosphere. With a robotic arm serving as the presenter of the winning envelopes, the ceremony was held in the high tech Futures Center of The Franklin Institute, utilizing, special effect lighting, laser and extensive audio-visual production.

Liberty Medal Award

A multi-faceted tribute to South African President F.W. de Klerk and ANC President Nelson Mandela was highlighted by a luncheon in their honor with 1,200 international guests in attendance. Utilizing dramatic decor, extensive audio-visual and live music performance punctuated by lasers and special effect lighting, the tribute proved to be a stirring moment to all who gathered, including the principals.

Benjamin Franklin National Memorial Awards
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. November, 1991, January 1992, January, 1993. Client: Franklin Institute.
An international presentation of the Bower Awards for distinction in science and business was produced for the award institution. A ceremony featured a chorus, herald trumpets, video presentations, actors, special effects and the actual presentation of inscribed certificates and a check for $300,000 to the two award winners each year.

An awards ceremony and gala were produced in honor of Lech Walesa, President Jimmy Carter, Costa Rican President Oscar Arias Sanchez, Medecins sans Frontiere and the Honorable Thurgood Marshall. The ceremonies have featured a 70-voice choir, soloist, video presentation, slide presentation, lasers and other special effects.
